Wyndham Casa Marina Resort

ISCOM 2005 will be centered at the Wyndham Casa Marina Resort, which is the oldest and largest resort in Key West. The hotel boasts the largest private beach on Key West. The resort includes two pools, three tennis courts, wireless Internet access, water sports, and a nearby Wyndham health spa.

The special conference discount room rate is $150 per night. All rooms are equipped with data ports for your laptop computers.

To obtain the group rate, please make your reservations by August 12, 2005. Reservations made after August 12, 2005, will be accepted on a space available basis only. Individual reservations must be canceled up to 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of the first night's room charges.

Reservations by Phone: Reservations may be made by either calling the hotel directly at (305) 296-3535, or toll free at (800) 626-0777. Be sure to mention that you are with "ISCOM" to get the group rate.

Reservations by Internet: You may make reservations online by using by the hotel link above, then go to the "Rates and Reservations" link on the left column. Under the group code, enter FSU0911. (Please note, it is the number and not the letter). You must use this code to receive our group rate of $150 per night.

Note: If you plan to stay additional days (before 9/11/05 or after 9/16/05), you will need to call the hotel to make your reservation.

Taxes are 11.5% per night.
There is also a resort fee of USD 6.00 per night (the web reservation system will say US 15.61, but the rate will be adjusted at check-in).

Airport Shuttle: The Wyndham Hotel will provide complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival please call (305) 296-3535 for their courtesy van.
