General InformationOn site registration and check in will begin on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005 at 2 pm at the conference hotel, where there will be a reception after 5 pm. The conference will begin on Monday, Sept. 12 at 8:15 am with opening remarks and a plenary lecture. This will be followed by invited and oral talks for the rest of the week. The proceedings will be published in a special edition of the Journal of Low Temperature Physics, which is now a Springer publication. It will be available electronically, and hard copies will be mailed to all full registration participants. Manuscripts must be submitted online in MS Word format by August 15. Participants will be required to referee manuscripts during the conference by Thursday, Sept. 15, at Noon, and authors must make appropriate changes and submit revised manuscripts prior to departure. A referee tally board will be posted to allow the progress of the referee and revision process to be followed by the authors. Tutorial talks will be given at the end of the buffet lunches, during the coffee and dessert period. There will be poster sessions in the late afternoon of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, where refreshments will be served. We note that there are no parallel sessions. This will allow all talks to be attended. Wednesday afternoon will be free to allow participants to enjoy Key West, and tour services in the area will be listed at the conference site. The banquet will be held at the hotel on Thursday evening, where the next site for ISCOM will be announced. The conference will formally close at 12:30 pm on September 16. |
